Account limitation and resolution centre

Does anyone know why I can't press "confirm" when in the resolution centre to unlimit my account? I have tried on safari, the app and chrome... and suggestions because I can't use my account until I fix this, the support team are NOT helpful at all!!

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues resolving an account limitation. Have you tried submitting your information from another device or clearing your browser's cache, cookies and history? That normally does that trick. If you're still running into some issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for assistance in submitting that requested info.
