6 digit code not recived - cant login

I didn't receive the 6-digit login code from PayPal, even after answering security questions. My mobile operator in Serbia (Yettel) advised me to check with PayPal.

If you are not receiving a text from us, you may want to try re-adding your phone number to your account. If you have more than one phone number added to your PayPal account, you can select the phone number you would like to receive the text.
