I am sorry to hear you are seeing an error message on your account. You can sometimes see this when you are attempting to log into your account. 


I would recommend attempting to log in via the PayPal Website. It can also help to change your browser and/or clear your cache and cookies. Please also avoid using any VPNs. 


If this does not work please allow 24 hours before attempting a login again and follow the tips listed above. 


If you still see an error message, you may need to contact our customer service team directly. To contact our customer service team, click 'Help' or 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal Webpage.
