Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to modify or remove your secondary email address. As long as it is not the primary address, it should be able to be removed. Does your account have a limitation? If so, that would have to be resolved before any changes could be made. If the account is limited, you can visit the Resolution Center for instructions to resolve. If the account is not limited but you are unable to modify or remove your secondary email address, please contact Customer Support. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
