change nationality

Name is correct. Country is correct. Bank is correct. Address is correct. Residence is correct.

But nationality is wrong. I am from Austria (and PayPal has my passport), but my profile "nationality" wrongly states my "nationality" is United States. How do I correct this...

Nationality in paypal terms means the country you are living in and have opened a paypal account registered in that country.
