cant add my phone number

Hi.. When I log in, I can't add my phone number (BH+973)******** Im receiving message (this type of phone number isn't supported)!! Also, can I switch to business account using same email! Please advise, Thank you.

You have a U.S paypal account so are you in the U.S or another country?

You can't use a U.S paypal account in Bahrain.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries (or are in another country) you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
