can't send/receive after 2500 total payments despite confirming account?

hi, i recently got an email stating: "You have received €2,500 (or currency equivalent) in total payments to your PayPal account. As mentioned in our previous email, you're no longer able to send or withdraw money from your PayPal account until you provide us with the required information. Here's how to provide the information we need: Log in to your PayPal account. Click Notifications (bell icon) at the top right of the page. Follow the instructions and complete all the tasks." however i went into the app and confirmed my account, and now that i check notifications it is blank. i still cannot send money. i have money trapped in my account that i need to access! the notifications tab is empty and there's nothing for me to do. i have deleted the app and redownloaded it, i have refreshed everything, i don't know what else to do!

Try logging in on the web and not the app to access the information, if still no luck then.........

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
