business account problem

so basically im trying to set up a business account and i need to verify it and every time i try to it askes me for a zip code and state but im in the uk and don't know what to do to change it so it doesn't ask me for a state and zip code

Sounds as if you opened a U.S instead of a U.K paypal account?
