I cannot close my account. I dont want use paypal more. When i click on close account function, app android did nothing and shiw me "it is some problem, ask customer service". But service did not answer me. Many days. I dont know what can i do I have no many on my account now.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out). 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

This is stupidity, i think. All good very good services has its web reply form. And the best service has perfectional functionality without errors! Chat - nobody answering Phone - i dont see any phone contacts in czech republic Facebook twitter - does anybody use this socialnets?! I dont use them! Service have to have web reply form or clickable email to communicate and dire tly in mobile app. Most of people use mobiles. And
