Why am I being asked to change my mailing address from a PO box

I have received communication from PayPal to updated my account, when I follow the email instructions, the first item is in regards to my postal address, they're saying I can't have a PO Box.....why?? I should be allowed to have whatever address I want....I don't want my parcels being sent to my home, I want them sent to my Post Office Box. How does me having a PO Box effect PayPal?? This is discrimination......

Add an address that contains a street. You could still have a PO Box address to select as shipping address/billing address.
