Who do the name of the mailing address reflected wife’ name and not mine?

Default name on mailing address belongs to my wife but not my name….. How can it be possible as the email and account belongs to me.

I do understand your concern with this. It sounds like the primary address on your PayPal account is one with your wife's name. Don't worry, this can be updated. 

Simply follow the steps here to edit or remove any addresses on your PayPal account.
