We couldn't confirm your identity -- giving up.

I've tried NDID identity confirmation with two of my banks (Bangkok Bank and Krungsri) and they both pick up the ID request and show it as confirmed.  But Paypal just doesn't see it in is stuck as not having identity confirmed.   I've been trying for over a month and it's enough, I'm moving on. 

Steps:   

The NDID request shows up in the bank app, as yet unconfirmed and 'waiting to process' 

This is the request, click process. 

The app takes a selfie, and then it's done.  Success!

The NDID request now shows as confirmed: 

But...  Paypal says nooooo.   🤣  Come on.

So does the name on your bank exactly match the name on your paypal account?
