Use secondary email for notifications

Under settings it is possible to add a second email (besides the default one, used with the login).

But how can I configure this email to be used for email notifications?

In order to set an email address up to receive notifications, it would have to be the primary email address on the PayPal account. If you designate that address as primary, you should begin receiving notifications at that address.
