Transactions Not Allowed

Good day, I need help. If I'm gonna change my email address, will I be able to have transactions already? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

To receive payments into your PayPal account, you must add and confirm the email address that the payment was sent to. Simply follow the steps here.
