Hello, where in the app or website can i find my transaction limits for single transactions, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly as constantly updated according to my app activities ?

Transactional limits cannot be viewed in your PayPal account I'm afraid. If you have verified your PayPal account, then your account limits would be lifted.
To verify your PayPal account, all you need to do is confirm your bank account or card. You can follow the steps here. If you have already confirmed your bank/card then your account would be verified.
