Transaction and verify account

Hello PayPal can’t verify it’s me n having problems with transaction PayPal I call my cardholder they say no problem with the card

I'm sorry to hear you're having a difficult time processing transactions. It sounds like you might be having trouble verifying your account or card. When linking a card to PayPal, please make sure the card information is correct, and that it matches your PayPal information exactly. Please also keep in mind not all cards can be used with PayPal. If you have any other questions, you can reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
