Third-party agent declaration under Identity Confirmation Dashboard is not working and is throwing some technical error. Please help

Same here; been trying since last week. I have spent over 15+ hours on hold. Yesterday an agent said the issue has been ongoing for months and basically too bad. Another ticket was opened yesterday. if you hear anything, please update, I will do the same.

My account just got approved although I was never able to complete the form. I sent a formal letter of complaint and screenshot of the error to paypal.com/eebr/. I also contacted paypal support through Twitter, so i'm not sure which appraoch worked but you can try both. GOOD LUCK
