I do understand your concern with this. To link your PayPal account to a third party website, PayPal must show as an option on their site. 

Firstly, depending on where you are living, you may not be able to use the site you have mentioned. 

If you see the option, but are unable to complete the linking process it could mean that your PayPal account is not verified. To verify your PayPal account, simply follow the steps here. Once you have completed this, you can try linking your account again.
