Hello. Good morning. I would like to retrieve my old account. It was temporarily locked due to multiple login attempts made by me, I just reformatted my phone and I forgot the password to it. Can someone help me how can I get it back. Thank you.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
