THERE'S NO ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EMAIL how to fix this guys i already tried to change my pass since i couldn't log in in my paypal account

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering such a frustrating situation when you attempt to login and/or change your password! Please check your spelling carefully, and if there are any stray characters or spaces or missing characters, re-enter the information. If you're still getting an error that the account does not exist, please contact Customer Service as a guest. You can click Contact and then choose login problems from the list, and follow the steps from there to get assistance as a guest rather than from within your account.
