Remembered device keeps appearing after removal

A device keeps appearing in my remembered list even though I have removed it.

I’m getting the same problem despite successfully following all the suggested steps in settings to removed remembered device , within the next day or two the same unknown device reappears again? Can anybody help please?

After a few days the removed device was showing no more. In my case it was someone trying to access my account. I presume they have given up trying.
