already changed password but can't still access account

PayPal customer service on twitter and messenger keeps asking me to contact through phone but I’m in Bangladesh right now on vacations and I can’t call them, they aren’t being very helpful right now. No matter how many times I change the password, it keeps saying I’ve entered the wrong password. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, have tried logging in from my laptop or phone browser, nothing seems to work.

Firstly Paypal is country specific so it won't work properly in another country.

Secondly Paypal is not available or supported in Bangladesh.

I think you best wait till you get back to the country your paypal account is registered in.

I have used PayPayl in Bangladesh for years, my account was opened in the UK. No it is not country specific as you can access it if your information of the app persists from a country that is permissible. I was able to access it even yesterday and have been able to do it since the past 3 months while I've been in Bangladesh. Please get your facts right before advising.

Xoom is now available in Bangladesh but not paypal itself.

If you have managed to use it for 3 months then your luck seems to have run out now doesn't it.
