PayPal customer service on twitter and messenger keeps asking me to contact through phone but I’m in Bangladesh right now on vacations and I can’t call them, they aren’t being very helpful right now. No matter how many times I change the password, it keeps saying I’ve entered the wrong password. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, have tried logging in from my laptop or phone browser, nothing seems to work.

Xoom is now available in Bangladesh but not paypal itself.
If you have managed to use it for 3 months then your luck seems to have run out now doesn't it.

Paypal is country specific so maybe you get your facts right.

Firstly Paypal is country specific so it won't work properly in another country.
Secondly Paypal is not available or supported in Bangladesh.
I think you best wait till you get back to the country your paypal account is registered in.
