Privacy Practices - I received an email today from Paypal. It was a coupon from a retailer whose site I visited. I checked my PayPal preferences and all non-essential communications are unsubscribed. There was also a notification in my PayPal account inbox. This should not be happening as it is a violation of Paypal's own privacy policy. What do you think? I think this needs to be fixed now.
