I’m wondering if you can use one email as primary for one account and as a secondary email for another account? I don’t intend to do this, just concerned about something. Thank you
You can't use the same email address on 2 accounts as an email address 'identifies' an account.
Secondly you can only have 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business account. If you have 2 or more of the same type then you risk a permanent ban.
