Paypal is making you add a phone number before you can login. The system rejects my skype and cell number. I've called support for 3 days with always sent to a automated voice message that says paypal can't answer the phone at this time.
I'm concerned that paypal is nolonger supporting their customers and I might have to take my clients to another payment option.
