PayPal Verification proccess after changing phone number

Hello,
I've added a phone number to my PayPal account, but a month ago my phone number got changed to a new one.
As I am not a regular PayPal user, I forgot about replacing phone numbers.
Now I am trying to log in, but PayPal ask for text verification from a non-existent phone number.
Kindly asking PayPal support for help

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.

Unfortunately there is no PayPal office in my country of living, and outbound calls are no option from here (price is… Huge).
Hoping someone from PayPal team will reach out to me, as the only next option for me is to make a new account.
