That is the reason then, Paypal is not supported or available in Bangladesh.
I'm sure you already know this as a lot of folks in your country try and get around the country ban by using another countries paypal account.
That is why you have a Cyprus registered paypal account.
It won't work for you and you would soon have a permanent ban for using another countries paypal account against paypal rules in a paypal unsupported country.
Advice is voluntary.
