Notification email address

Hello - what email address field (in profile?  customer service? other?) get the notifications from resolution center regarding disputes?

Is there a way to have these notifications routed to multiple emails?

Your primary/secondary email addresses in your profile receives notifications of disputes according to the email address involved in receiving payment.

Thank you!  Next question.....how do I change the Account Owner Information email addresses (this person has left organization)?  Actually - if possible, how do I change account owner?  Thank you!

@crschx, welcome back! You can update the email address on your account with the information here: How do I add, remove or update an email address on my PayPal account?

However, you wouldn't be able to change ownership of a Personal account. Normally, we'd recommend closing your account and opening another if you need to change account ownership.
