Based on what you have explained, it sounds like you are having issues accessing your PayPal account. For secuirty reasons, PayPal cannot provide you with your login or bank details.
To try remember your email you used to login to your PayPal account, I would suggest you check the inbox of any emails you have. When you create a PayPal account, we will send you an email. If you locate this email, you will then know the email address.
To login, simply go to paypal.com and enter your email address. If you can't remember your password, please click on Forgot Password to reset it. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support.
