I live in Georgia, I have a Georgian address, a Georgian phone number, a Georgian tax account. I pay taxes in Georgia, but my nationality is Ukrainian. My account says that I have Georgian nationality, how can I fix this?
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can't have a nationality listed differently than where your paypal account is registered.
