My account now has receiving limit after account verification, what could be wrong?

My account receiving limit has no limit, but since I verified my account by linking a US bank and card my account now has a receiving limit of $599. What could be the problem?

As you are in Lesotho then unlikely you can use a US card unless the billing address of the card matches your paypal address.

And any bank you add has to be a U.S bank opened on U.S soil and not a digital / virtual account OR a USD currency account.
