My account is limited and I even can not log in for any help. What can I do?

You have a Cypriot paypal account so are you a resident of Cyprus?

Only a lot of folks in unsupported paypal countries try and use A Cypriot paypal account to get around the fact that they can't use one issued in their own country.

If so it would soon be limited as its against paypal rules.

If not post back for different advice.

Thanks @kernowlass for your response. Actually I am from outside of Cyprus. For business purpose I used it. There are some dollars in the account. Can I use it then I can shut it.

If you don't live in Cyprus and have never done so then sadly not.
