Hi I transferred my account to business as I wanted to link it to a website but then it asked for verification and I still can't verify my business as I need 2 to 3 months until I make a company through stripe atlas but until Then can you turn my account back to personal and another thing I got a commission sent to me by paykickstart it was around 33$ 3 days ago but it didn't show in my balance as it should so if it was declined because I didn't verify my business please accept it and turn my account back to personal and thanks

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
