Message centre on Paypal.com suddenly stopped working. When I ask for more help nothing else pops up (like we'll forward this to an agent). When I ask again, I get "I didn't get that. Can you say it again?". I tried phoning Paypal and they don't know why its happening even with a new device and browser and cookies cleared. How do I fix this?
