I have a company PayPal account, it is up & running... and I know the password. 😉
However, I haven't set phone number so far and I cannot login anymore. It seems a dead-loop to me - in order to set a phone number, I need to login, but I cannot login without phone number set... (Error: Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you)
It's catch 22.
I don't want to create a new account and perform all authentication steps again. Furthermore, calling to human support always frustrates me, because of the scenario questions I need to go through.
Does a human-friendly solution exist for such cases ?
If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
