Login to PayPal Community and my PayPal account at the same time

Hi,

I am finding that it is not possible to login to both PayPal itself and PayPal community at the same time. When I login to PayPal, if I want to access to PayPal community to find a solution, I cannot login to PayPal community and I must logoff PayPal before login to PayPal community.

My question is whether this is default function of PayPal and PayPal community. I am experiencing my account verify issue, I will post this as another independent post, and wonder there may be an issue at my account.

Just tested it and am able to be logged in to the community and my account at the same time, I use Chrome.

When I posted the question, I could not, but I can login to PayPal and community at the same time currently.
