Is the unsubscribe button on the PayPal marketing emails broken for anyone else?

I've been trying to unsubscribe to PayPal's emails about being "invited" to apply for a MasterCard (wow, I get invited 3 times a week, every month!), but when I click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email I get a blank HTML page with this text:

Unprocessable Entity. Redirecting to [object%20Object]

Is this temporary? Or intended? It's really frustrating.

I am sorry to see you are unable to unsubscribe from PayPal's marketing emails via the actual email. 

You can also edit your notification settings via your PayPal account. For steps on how to do this, see: How do I set up my email notification preferences?
