Incorrect profile detail

Wrong name and address. Correct email. Help me fix

Name change loaded more then 3 times with required documents attached. Still not changed. What option is there for country change from USA to RSA.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.

I never setup my account with incorrect detail. First time I'm using PayPal. When I opened my new account email address said already exists. But I own the email account. Money has been sent to me. I cannot access or assign account to transfer it to, cause profile is incorrect and country is incorrect. Help me please

You can't use a U.S paypal account if you are not in the U.S
