Identification verification for cashing a check

My identity has already been verified but when I try to use the cash a check feature it tells me that my identity is unable to be verified what do I do? How can I fix this

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues cashing a check. I can certainly understand how this can be a bit frustrating and confusing. While you may have verified your account with your ID, you may still experience a security check from time to time.
