I was setting up 2FA on my account but whenever I go to type in the code, I receive an error.

Good afternoon. I was setting up 2FA on my account but whenever I go to type in the code got from the Authenticator, it says "Sorry, we couldn't confirm its you. Need a hand? We can help."

I see you are facing issues setting up 2 Factor Authentication on your PayPal account and are getting an error. In order to set this up, make sure you're following the instructions mentioned Here carefully. If you still face issues, the system might be needing additional information to confirm your account. In that case, contact PayPal over the Phone in order to set this up. I hope this helps.
