I want to downgrade my account from business to personal.
I just started and did not explore the difference between the two.
Now I have checked personal account is better for me.

I didnot find any contact details on the page.

I have the same issue. Someone hacked my account and upgraded it to a business account. There is nowhere to contact PayPal and ask them to downgrade it. Only the telephone number.
