I never receive the SMS Paypal sends to my phone number, I'm unable to log in on my laptop.

As the title describes, I'm sometimes required to verify my mobile number, I have access to it, but I simply never receive the SMS, not even delayed.

I understand you are having an issue with not receiving a text to your number. If you didn’t receive the text, it could be because your phone is filtering out some text messages. We recommend that you contact your mobile service provider to make sure that your phone accepts all text messages.

If you are still facing the same issue and unable to log in then I suggest you contact our PayPal customer support directly.
