I have no idea what I am doing and am almost ready to call 911, my chest hurts so much.

Nothing seems to be working for me. I used to use Paypal quite a while back but this newer version does not look familiar and I do not remember my ID or password. I am now very handicapped and in a lot of pain... so I am super confused. Can anyone help me?
