I cannot verify my paypal account even after linking my debit/credit card account. I don’t know what else to do. Do I need to put information in all of the account details, what if I don’t have a passport?

I got the same issue. Although I thought my account was already verified before. However, when I am applying to some companies and they said that my account was reported as not verified. I tried linking another bank but still the same.
