I cannot successfully log into the new app on my android phone, it keeps looping back to the log in screen. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. Has anyone else had this issue, and how did you resolve it?
Welcome the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're unable to login into the mobile app. Are you having issues logging into the website as well? If so, have you tried resetting your password? If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
