I cannot convert my personal account to a business account.

I cannot convert my personal account to a business account. I have spoken with everyone and no one has an answer. I opened up a ticket several months ago and no response. I call every week for updates and no luck.

Are you in the U.S as your paypal does show that?

If so then why not just open a second account ie business one instead of upgrading your existing personal one.

You can keep the personal one as well OR just close it when your business one is up and running.
