I cannot confirm my Identity due to PAYPAL BUG

Dear All,

A cannot confirm my identity because NONE of the following works:

1) Under the bell icon - I try to attach document, but without redirecting the "upload/attach documents" I receive immediately the "submission confirmation". So without attaching ANYTHING 😞

2) https://www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc - does not works , when I press the Send button (after successfully uploaded my docs) I did not get ANY confirmation dialog. 

So. I do not know whether I successfully uploaded OR NOT. So should I wait for 3..4 days, or NOTHING will happen.

And I am waiting for the resolution for more than one week! 

My account is limited totally. So what next ?

Customer support could not help, just sent me the  the link in 2)

Could not call the support, even if is should be reachable until 4:30 GMT

The line was closed

Totally unacceptably from a professional services like Paypal

For regulatory reasons, we need to confirm our customer’s personal details (such as your name, address, and date of birth) or business info. We call this our Customer Identification Program (CIP).
