Hey community, our business account has a limitation as of the incoming amount of money per month of 12600 euros, once it's reached, all transactions are put on hold, we sell digital services, so we go and say that it's digital, and we receive money in like 7 or 21 days.
The problem is that it offers us to upgrade our limits once a month, I have tried to play with this already for the past 6 months, always denied or errors, even if I try downgrading like 5-10k receiving still errors.
Tried to write to support, but they always say that we see you have provided all the documents and then ghost me, I mean, I already know the customer support phone by memory.
We have used this account for more than two years already. Every month we hit these limitations and can't get past them.
The account is not new, and the amount of incoming revenue is always the same, around 20k a month, we know about how to release our money, but how can we upgrade our limit, so we can receive easily more than 12600 per month?
Help us to solve this, please. Who knows what to do?
