I made an account and forgot the password (it was complicated because you have to have capital letters and numbers and whatnot). The "I forgot my password" -option says it needs my gmail and as I give it, it just says they can't confirm it's me. I can't log in at all (I had to borrow a family member's account to make this post). I'm from Europe and wouldn't like to waste my money on a call to UK for help and the virtual assistant is not very helpful!
If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
