I can't close my UAE account since I left the country and lost the mobile number associated.
I have a UAE account and can't transfer the remaining funds and close my account since I left the country and lost the mobile number associated with the account.
The system doesn't allow me to update my phone number to another country number and delete the old one.
The system doesn't allow me to close my account.
I'm stuck and there's no customer service number to be found anywhere. I searched everywhere for more than 1 hour.
